Internships and Research

Hands-on learning is an important part of the undergraduate experience in the Department of Nutritional Sciences. Through internships, undergraduate research, independent study, and other experiential learning opportunities, students can apply classroom knowledge in real-world settings while building professional and academic skills. These experiences help students explore career interests, strengthen graduate and professional school applications, and gain practical experience in nutrition, health, research, and related fields.

Students are responsible for finding internships that align with their major/concentration and enrolling in one or more of the courses below.
