Powering the Next Generation of Health Leaders
The Department of Nutritional Sciences (NUSC) explores how food, nutrients, and dietary behaviors influence human health across the lifespan. Through rigorous scientific training, hands-on learning, and mentorship from leading researchers, students develop the knowledge and skills needed to improve health outcomes in communities around the world. Our department advances discovery through innovative research while extending evidence-based nutrition knowledge to individuals, families, healthcare professionals, and communities.
